Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, but only if the product shows signs of color change.

  • Exchanges: If the item is not what you expected or you decide you don’t like it, we’re happy to offer an exchange instead of a return.

  • Condition Requirements: All items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify.

  • Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Ship Back: Package the item securely in its original box and ship it back to us.

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your exchange or return (if eligible).


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
